The problem
Freelance creatives in Albania often lack structure, support, and space to develop their work. Many are isolated or excluded from traditional institutions and market opportunities, especially those outside of the capital or from minority groups.
The solution
N’Zon provides a physical and digital platform to support Albania’s growing creative economy. By connecting freelancers to job opportunities, mentorship, and shared spaces, it fosters cultural entrepreneurship and community-driven creative production. The initiative is particularly focused on women and youth from marginalized areas, helping them access markets and strengthen their professional networks.
