CoplanAI by SpinUnit Lab is a generative-AI-enhanced participatory planning tool that enables citizens and stakeholders to explore public space concepts through instant AI-generated visualisations. The platform supports iterative co-design, allowing users to articulate preferences, build on each other’s ideas, and collaboratively refine spatial proposals in real time.

The predecessor platform, UrbanistAI, was applied in approximately 90 projects across more than 25 countries. CoplanAI is already active in several ongoing urban projects across three continents, demonstrating rapid adoption and strong transferability across planning contexts.
