Dreamups – Accelerator of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurs, while launching their own startups and SMEs, are frequently faced with a lack of practical knowledge and expertise necessary to move their business into the next stage. There are several platforms that cover basic business topics, but success is dependent on a variety of other criteria, such as knowledge of local market aspects or understanding local culture, among others. Therefore, existing educational programmes and trainings do not address local specifics and limitations faced by entrepreneurs. 

Dreamups is developing a dedicated e-learning platform that hosts pre–recorded courses focused on business development, coupled with a mentorship programme. Practical classes and mentorship (conducted in the learner’s native language) are delivered by expats that work at leading companies around the world, but that understand local limitations. Within the project, the team aims to empower 250 entrepreneurs from Moldova through their tailored trainings on business development.
